A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has bee  signed between Afghan Haq Company and Malakyar Baba Construction, Road-Building, and Logistics Company. The MoU was signed at the Afghan Haq Company office by Mr. Rohullah Noori, the financial director of Afghan Haq Company, and Mr. Ehsanullah Zadran, the director of Malakyar Baba Company.

According to the MoU, Afghan Haq Company will provide Malakyar Baba Company with professional consulting services in the legal, financial, and management sectors with the assistance of a professional and experienced team. Afghan Haq Company will defend the rights of Malakyar Baba Company in governmental and non-governmental institutions as needed, and will provide essential advice to enhance the company's activities, project implementation, and operational procedures, and will help the compan to improve efficiency. The agreement also includes collaboration in contract drafting, profile creation, proposal and business plan development, license renewal, and the completion of tax clearances and audits.
