This memorandum was signed on November 23/2024 at the central office of Afghan Haq Group by Mr. Ibrahim Mangal, the deputy of Afghan Haq Group, and Mawlawi Sardar Zadran, the head of Naeem Gurbaz Construction Company.

According to the memorandum, Afghan Haq Group will develop a standard business plan and profile for Naeem Gurbaz Construction Company, assist in the implementation of the business plan, facilitate contracts between the company and its employees, and provide support in the areas of financial clearance and auditing.
