This contract was signed on 2, December 2024, at the Afghan Haq Group (AHG) office by Mr. Gul Ahmad Naeemi, the President of Afghan Haq Group, and Mr. Rahim Khan, the Deputy of the ASCESCO paint production company. According to this agreement, Afghan Haq Group, with the help of its specialized and professional team, will draft and organize employment contracts and standardized job descriptions for ASCESCO employees with the following objectives:

Define the rights and responsibilities of the company and its employees;

Prevent from waste of time, energy, and the recruitment of unneeded staff;

Enhance transparency and accountability in the company's operations;

Prevent potential disputes and conflicts between the company and employees;

Ensure that every member works towards the company’s goals within a structured system and sees their success in the company’s success.
